Mission Statement
The Medibank Icehouse Facebook page is designed to encourage a sense of community amongst ALL of our guests.
We ask that all of our ‘Friends’ use this space to share their stories, experiences and opinions of Medibank Icehouse through comments, photo’s, videos and links.
However, we must insist that all of our Friends treat each other with respect at all times.
We also remind you that if your contributions don’t comply with Facebook’s Terms and/or the Medibank Icehouse House Rules, then we may remove them. If you repeatedly don’t adhere to these rules then we may block you from posting on the Medibank Icehouse Facebook page altogether. At the end of the day it’s simple...be nice, be cool and be happy!
House Rules
1) We accept negative feedback but will remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive or threatening. We encourage all Friends to post both positive and negative feedback, it’s a great way for us to improve our service, just keep your language family friendly and respectful at all times.
2) We will also remove content deemed to be:
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit
• Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
• Attacks on specific groups or individuals
• Commercial solicitations
• Spam
• Somebody else’s personal information

When you post a photo on Instagram and tag the photo with #icehouse or @icehouse_, then you are granting Medibank Icehouse (ABN - 72 134 331 650) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display and reproduce your photo, including without limitation, any online media formats and through any social media channels, pages or accounts.
Please note that Medibank Icehouse does not claim ownership rights in photos tagged with #icehouse or @icehouse_.
You can revoke this license at any time by contacting Medibank Icehouse at newsletter@icehouse.com.au and requesting we cease using your photo.
